Meet Patricia - Your Coach

Patricia is a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach, a mother of two, and a Type 1 diabetic. She discovered her love for fitness over a decade ago while balancing motherhood and self-care. Her classes combine strength, cardio, and yoga-inspired moves to prioritize mobility, strength, and injury prevention for lasting results.
