2024 SCHEDULE
I hereby apply for enrollment in the ELITE M.A. SPRUCE – FREE TRIAL CLASS. I fully understand and agree: I hereby acknowledge that I undertake any exercises or courses at my own risk. I fully comprehend the procedures and exercises in instruction and participation as explained to me by an assistant of ELITE M.A. SPRUCE. I am mindful of the potential risk of personal injury involved during instruction and, having this knowledge, I agree to indemnify and hold ELITE M.A. SPRUCE harmless from any losses resulting from accidents or injuries that may occur to me or any third parties accompanying me to ELITE M.A. SPRUCE during the performance and execution of exercises. I will abide by the rules and regulations and conduct myself so that I will not disgrace the honor of the membership and further agree that pictures of me in connection with the FREE TRIAL CLASS can be used for publicity or promotion without compensation at any other time. I agree to follow all rules and regulations and conduct myself in a manner that will not disgrace the honor of the membership rules.
